Prior to working on your tour: we go over many things so you have an understanding of what we will do for you the customer. We go over the
tour options, what they consist of, what you are looking for, the prices, how long we would need to be at your property, and more importantly how long
it would take to complete your tour from start to finish.
After the consultation we schedule an appointment to go to your property to begin working on your tour. Normally we are there between 2-4 hours. All properties are
different regarding how many rooms there are, how big the property is (inside & out) and other specifics. But, typically we capture our images and/or video within a few hours that day.
It's suggested you clean and move cluttered areas of the rooms that would be showcased in your tour. Although we can crop and adjust various "troubled areas",
we want to give the viewer an actual look of your property. Plus, the process of fixing images can cost extra.
Once we return to our offices we begin work on your tour usually that same day or the next. Usually it takes 2-4 business days to finish your tour and we keep you updated at all times or when you request us to do so.
When we complete your tour you will be provided a link to view it. Final revisions or changes
would be made until given the final approval from you. After that we upload it on our servers (for free) and you are sent a link that you would add to all your listings online so anyone can view your tour.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
Aside from our SLIDESHOW PRESENTATIONS ($30.00 one time fee per tour/Images you send us) any of the other tour features are different in cost. This is because some options
are more extensive to work on than the next. Generally we need to be on-site and travel which can also add
to the cost, but only depending on your location from our offices in Maynard, Massachusetts.
Half the payment of your tour must be paid prior to or the day we come to your property to do
onsite work.
After your approval and the tour is finished all remaining payments must be recieved before we upload your tour online for public viewing.
To give you an idea of what we charge:

5 panoramic 180/360 degree room views - interactive with your mouse, 10 image stills or 10 images in an image slide-show, property information page, real estate agent contact page: $120.00 - $150.00.
Please keep in mind the MLS site doesn't allow "branding" on their tours. This is any information or links aside from the property. So, we create both a
branded and non-branded tour for you.
If you are paying over $500.00 for a 5 room tour you are paying too much! If you are paying for a tour with a "catchy" slideshow it's NOT A VIRTUAL TOUR.
If your entire tour is in "FLASH" it won't be viewable on IPADS which limit your exposure and possible online buyers who have them.
We work with any sellers budget. We DO NOT charge because of a homes worth like most tour companies do. Only for what kind of services you need from us.
Work Locations:
Currently we do the majority of our work at properties located in the state of Massachusetts, but depending on the kind of job size and
how far your property is from our offices, we might still be available to do your tour.
An hourly fee is charged on all jobs for both travel time and onsite work at your property.

All the work we do is exclusive and unique. Our prices are based on an hourly rate, but in most cases we will give a general idea of
the final cost before completion.
